Mastropietro Winery Inc. Wedding Information

WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY

Afternoon Weddings may be scheduled at 12 Noon or at 3:00 PM at the Arbor.

A Maximum of 75 Guests seats for the event. Cost - $500.00.

Payment for the Wedding Ceremony must be made in full at the time the reservation is made.

Wedding Ceremony Package Includes:

The use of the Banquet Room for one hour before the wedding for the Bride and her attendants. Pictures may be taken inside the Banquet Room. All personal belongings must be removed from the Banquet Room no later than 30 minutes after the wedding. The doors will then be locked with no re-admittance.

Chairs (75 maximum) will be set up in front of the Arbor area. Guests may gather at the Arbor and at the Gazebo area before and/or after the Ceremony. There is seating for a maximum of 48 people on the Gazebo.

The Gazebo is available for a two hour window for the guests. The Gazebo must be vacated by 2:30 PM for an early wedding (12 Noon) and by 5:30 PM for a later wedding (3:00 PM). Additional chairs will not be added to the Gazebo. If rented chairs from the Arbor area are added by the Licensee’s party to the Gazebo, the chairs must be returned to the Arbor area or a $1.00 fee per chair will be charged to the Licensee.

Guest seating is limited to the Gazebo and Arbor areas. Seating is not available in the Tasting Room or on the Main Patio area.

If guests wish to purchase beverages before or after the ceremony, they may do so through the Tasting Room and enjoy their beverages on the reserved Gazebo and/or Arbor area.

There is limited electricity at the Arbor and the Gazebo.

The Arbor is handicap accessible. The Gazebo has 3 (three) steps.

LARGE WEDDING RECEPTIONS

The winery can accommodate larger wedding receptions by the lake with a tent rental. The winery offers two packages; one for 150 people and one for 250 people.

Payment for the Wedding Reception with tent must be made in full at the time the reservation is made.

The Bar Tab must be paid after the Reception. A credit card must be presented and held prior to the event.

Pricing for a 150 People Basic Package is $2,972.97

Included in the Tent Rental for 150 people are the following:
A 40’ x 60’ White Tent with side panels (if needed for stormy/colder weather).
Perimeter Globe Lighting underneath the tent area.
Eighteen 60” Round Tables for the Guests (each table seats 8 guests).
Two 8’ Banquet Tables for the Bridal Party.
150 Chairs.
Three Additional 60” Round Tables for Cake, Cookies, Gifts, Guest Book.
Five 8’ Banquet Tables for the Caterer (4 under the tent & one behind the tent for prep).
One 8’ Banquet Table for Musicians/DJ (no linen provided).
One Elite Portable Restroom Trailer with 3 separate restrooms and running water.
The Back Pavilion for the Bar, Music and Dance Area.
A U-Shape Bar with Linens.

Note: The tent rental prices include the tent, various tables and chairs and the Restroom Trailer. The rental cost does not include the Bar Fee, caterer, linens, flowers, table arrangements, bridal cake, photographer, etc.

Pricing for a 250 People Basic Package is $3,588.59,

Included in the Tent Rental for 250 people are the following:
A 40’ x 80’ White Tent with side panels (if needed for stormy/colder weather).
Perimeter Globe Lighting underneath the tent area.
Thirty 60” Round Tables for the Guests (each table seats 8 guests).
Three 8’ Banquet Tables for the Bridal Party.
250 Chairs.
Three Additional 60” Round Tables for Cake, Cookies, Gifts, Guest Book.
Five 8’ Banquet Tables for the Caterer (four under the tent & one behind the tent for prep work).
One 8’ Banquet Table for Musicians/DJ (no linen provided).
One Elite Portable Restroom Trailer with 3 separate restrooms and running water.
The Back Pavilion for the Bar, Music and Dance Area.

ADDITIONALS:

1) BAR FEE: We offer three tiers of wine and alcohol. These prices are per person for a four hour event and are based on the guaranteed number of guests unless your number is actually greater. Packages include liquor, domestic beer, Mastropietro Wines, soft drinks, mixers and bartender.

PLEASE NOTE: All bar prices are subject to a 7.25% Sales Tax and a 20% Service Charge

FIRST TIER - $10.00 PER PERSON
Choose four (4) wines from the Mastropietro Wine List and two (2) domestic beers
For every additional increment after the four hours, there will be a $3.00 per person charge per 1/2 hour on top of the Tier price.

SECOND TIER - $14.00 PER PERSON
J & B Scotch, Beefeaters or Seagram’s Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, Jim Beam Bourbon,
Peach Schnapps, Amaretto, Bacardi Rum, El Toro Tequila, Canadian Club Whiskey,
Seagram’s VO Whiskey, Choose two (2) wines from the Mastropietro Wine List and two (2) domestic beers. For every additional increment after the four hours, there will be a $3.00 per person charge per 1/2 hour on top of the Tier price.

THIRD TIER - $18.5 PER PERSON
Bacardi Rum, Tanqueray Gin, Grey Goose Vodka, Makers Mark, Johnny Walker Red,
Peach Schnapps, Amaretto, Cuervo Tequila, Choose two (2) wines from the Mastropietro Wine List and two (2) domestic beers. For every additional increment after the four hours, there will be a $3.00 per person charge per 1/2 hour on top of the Tier price.

MIXERS PROVIDED
Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Soft Drinks and Water.

DOMESTIC BEER SELECTIONS
Budweiser and Bud Lite, Miller and Miller Lite, Coors Light. Shots for a money dance are not permitted with any Tier Package unless an additional charge applies.

STATE LIQUOR REGULATIONS DO NOT ALLOW ANY TYPE OF LIQUOR TO BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES BY THE LICENSEE OR ANY GUESTS. DOING SO IS GROUNDS FOR THE WINERY TO CANCEL THE EVENT AT THE MOMENT THE OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS DISCOVERED.

2) Wedding Ceremony at Arbor (75 Chairs at Arbor and access to the Banquet Room for the Bride - $300.00.

3) Rental of Front Pavilion for additional dance space - $200.00.

4) Tall Cocktail Tables (No chairs) - $9.00 each.

5) Pedestal Fan(s) - $30.00 each.

6) Propane Heater - $190.00.

General Information for all Wedding and/or Reception Rentals:

DEPOSIT:

Payment for a Wedding Ceremony or a Tent Rental must be made in full at the time the reservation is made.

The Bar Fee must be paid in full at the end of the event . A credit card must be provided to the Tasting Bar area prior to the event beginning and the Bar Fee charged will depend on the number of people expected or more if addition guests attend.

WEATHER:

The Winery unfortunately has no control over the weather and has no indoor areas for ceremonies/receptions if the weather is not suitable. The Licensee is responsible for alternative plans.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made prior to 90 days before the reserved date will receive an 85% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 to 90 days before the reserved date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the reserved date will not receive a refund.

Refunds will be processed and mailed to the Licensee within five (5) business days after the cancellation is received by the Winery.
