Having your next exciting event at our winery is easy and enjoyable. We make your party planning easy by assisting with your beverage needs and suggesting catering and entertainment options. Choose the wines you would like to serve or bring your own soft drinks. If you’d like gift baskets prepared for your guests or corporate contacts, we can prepare those, too! We’ll make sure your special event brings you and your guests have many cheerful memories.

Here is a summary of our Private Events rental options:
- Our Banquet Room seats 48 people and can be rented for a rate of $175.00 for a 3-hour event.
- Our Gazebo seats 48 people and can be rented for a rate of $150.00 for a 3-hour event.
- Each Pavilion seats 60-80 people and can be rented for $200.00 per day per pavilion.
- Our bartender fee is $20.00 per hour.
- Select between 6 catering options: A La Cart Catering, The Fifth Season, Guy’s BBQ, Mariano’s Italian Cafe, The Upstairs Restaurant, and Drunkin’ Moose BBQ & Catering (see rental packet for contact information)
Weddings & Reception Rentals
Planning a wedding or a wedding reception? The Mastropietro Winery is the perfect place for your special day. Our peaceful country setting and breathtaking views of the lake provide the perfect backdrop to your once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We have a few different packages to choose from depending on your needs and the size of your wedding. Here is a brief summary of our packages. For more detailed information, download our Weddings & Wedding Receptions Rental Packet.
The Wedding Ceremony (Only) Package Includes:
- Afternoon weddings may be scheduled at 12 Noon or at 3:00 PM at the Arbor.
- The maximum number of guests for this event is 75 people.
- The reservation fee for a wedding ceremony package is $500.00 which includes:
- Ceremony at the Arbor with 75 chairs
- Use of the Gazebo for 2 hours during the wedding
- Use of the Banquet Room 1hr prior to wedding (for the Bride and bridal party)
- The Arbor is handicap accessible. The Gazebo has 3 (three) steps.
There are (2) Wedding Reception Packages that include:
- Wedding reception rental price for 150 people – $3,000.00.
- Wedding reception rental price for 250 people – $3,600.00.
- Rental prices include tent, tables and chairs, restroom trailer, and the back pavilion (for the bar, music, and dance area).
- Rental prices do not include the bar fee, wedding ceremony fee, caterer, linens, flowers, table arrangements, cake, photographer, music, etc.
- There are 3 tiers of beverage options offering a variety of wines, liquors, beer, soft drinks, and mixers.
- Additional extras are available such as front pavilion rental for additional dance space, tall cocktail tables, wedding ceremony at Arbor, fans in the summer, and heaters in the cooler weather.
